Januar 2024 f\u00fcr Verbraucher und ab Juli 2023 f\u00fcr Referenzh\u00e4ndler in Kraft.<\/h3>\n<p>Die Reform zielt darauf ab, langfristige Preissignale teilweise zu ber\u00fccksichtigen und die Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von den Spotm\u00e4rkten zu verringern, um den Endabrechnungen der Nutzer mehr Stabilit\u00e4t zu verleihen. Es wird jedoch erwartet, dass diese neue Methodik keine nennenswerten Auswirkungen auf das Preisniveau haben wird.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird eine Mengenrisiko-Pr\u00e4mienkomponente eingef\u00fchrt, um das wirtschaftliche Gleichgewicht der Referenzh\u00e4ndler zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Ab dem 1. Januar 2024 k\u00f6nnen Haushalte und Kleinstunternehmen mit einer vertraglich vereinbarten Leistung von bis zu 10 Kilowatt dem regulierten Tarif beitreten.<\/p>\n<h3>Preise<\/h3>\n<p>Die Regierung hat keine Sch\u00e4tzung zum Endpreis des &#8220;Pools&#8221; oder zu den m\u00f6glichen Auswirkungen dieser neuen Methode auf die Stromrechnung vorgelegt. Quellen des Ministeriums f\u00fcr den \u00f6kologischen Wandel und die demografische Herausforderung (MITECO) betonen, dass diese Reform auf die Volatilit\u00e4t wirken wird, aber es ist nicht klar, ob sie sich auf das Preisniveau auswirken wird, da ein gr\u00f6\u00dferes Gewicht der langfristigen Preise eingef\u00fchrt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dieser Reform des PVPC (Voluntary Price for Small
