How to Register with Your Distributor to Control Your Energy Consumption and Save on Electricity Bills

At Energy Nordic, we are committed to providing you with the best possible customer service and the most competitive electricity prices.
During the ongoing energy crisis across Europe, it’s more important than ever to adopt smart consumption habits that help you reduce your electricity bills and use energy more efficiently.

Save on Your Electricity Bill with Smart Consumption

One of the most effective ways to save on your electricity costs is to make use of the off-peak (P3) hours, which are the cheapest periods of the day.
Shifting your energy-intensive activities to these times can make a significant difference in your total monthly bill.

Electricity Tariff Periods (P1, P2, P3)

Since June 1st, 2021, the Spanish Government introduced three different time-of-use electricity tariffs. Here’s how they are structured:

🟥 Peak Hours (most expensive):

  • 10:00–14:00 and 18:00–22:00

🟧 Flat Hours (moderate price):

  • 08:00–10:00, 14:00–18:00 and 22:00–00:00

🟩 Off-Peak Hours (cheapest):

  • 00:00–08:00, weekends and public holidays

“What the Tariff” – See Your Current Tariff in Real Time

At Energy Nordic, we’ve created a free tool called What the Tariff that allows anyone to check, in real time:

  • Which tariff (P1, P2, or P3) is currently active.
  • Which tariff will come next.
  • The best times to use high-consumption appliances like washing machines or dishwashers.
